When I laid on the mattress it was sunken in & I could feel the springs inside the mattress. I was switched to a different room & the knob to the cold water would fall off every time I turned it. I wanted to give Renaissance a chance because it was very convenient to the convention center, but in the future I will no longer stay @ that hotel.

The hotel was perfect, we were doing an event at the convention center. Clean and had the monorail to take to the strip. The only that wasn’t great was the hot tub, it was cold . I’d stay again.

We were at Las Vegas for an event at tge sphere and it was nice. Very clean, quiet and customer service at the front desk was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.
