Avoid at all costs – worst experience
This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable, especially for the price.
We arrived late at night with a baby, expecting everything to be ready — instead, we walked into a cold apartment with no working heating. The instructions they provided didn’t even match the actual system in the apartment. We spent the night freezing.
To make things worse, the elevator wasn’t working upon arrival. When we called their “24/7” number, we were told the elevator only works in the morning — something they NEVER mentioned beforehand. We were expected to carry a baby, stroller, and luggage up 6 floors.
On top of all this, they require a big deposit at check-in, which was never clearly communicated beforehand.
The baby cot we requested was not set up. When we called, the staff checked and casually said, “oh yes you requested it yesterday, it’s housekeeping’s fault” — at midnight. No solution, no urgency.
So we had to improvise a sleeping arrangement for our baby. The bed was too small for the three of us, and we were not going to leave our baby alone in another room. We ended up putting together chairs and cushions just to make something safe enough for him to sleep in (see picture). This is absolutely unacceptable.
Whenever we asked for help, no one actually came. Instead of sending someone, they kept sending videos and instructions that didn’t even match the apartment.
Communication was extremely slow and frust
