This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip.

Check-in process was a little delayed. Location great and very big size so great for families. Didn’t know there was a washer but wish there was a dryer too. Coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place

The apartment was very close to the city center and all the stores. Apartment management and staff were very polite; but, there was a terrible plumbing smell and the apartment was not clean.
