The room was not fully clean when we checked in. No vacuum done. It was late in evening so we reported next morning at reception but it was not done. We asked for full room cleaning again it wasn't done & lady at reception was a bit rude. During entire stay no one cleaned the carpets or bathroom pot or refilled the tissue box in bathroom.
One of the male members of staff & reception was more amicable and helped in best possible way.
There were 3 people staying in room with extra bed but towels were always provided for 2. We had to fetch everytime from 3rd floor to reception as there was no phone facility in room.
Finally the breakfast was a make shift arrangement in restaurant on ground floor with no salad options at all. The cup kept close to coffee machine was holding the small spoons. Someone had put in a used tea bag in the same cup and no one bothered to clean it at all.
Overall - the stay experience was quite bad!
