I’m not sure why check in communication with property management was so difficult, but it was. They said email was sent with instructions but I never received it. When I finally spoke to them on day of check in, the instructions were ok but not sufficient to avoid access problems. Some doors were difficult to open even after correct code was entered. You just had to “know” how to do it. It was Workable once we learned how to do it but - It was extremely frustrating for first check in access.
