Location is great for sure. Subway right outside the doors and you can take the E train all over the city. On our arrival, due to multiple canceled flights, our room was no longer available. We traveled for 24 hours straight and we're forced to take a king size bed for a family of 4. All we wanted to do was sleep and we crammed into one bed. We also were surprised to be charged an additional $300 in tourism fee which credited us $35 a day at restaurants in the hotel. Mind you, breakfast qas $47 a person. They did eventually get us a room with 2 beds as we had reserved online.

Beds were smaller, quoted as queen but given full bed. Room’s layout is tightly packed, I know it is NYC, even then did not expect like this, it was a surprise. AC unit was not up to the mark. It was on all the night with so much noise but not enough cooling though. this was in 25th floor. Staff were very helpful and property location is excellent and ultra convenient.

The best aspect of the hotel is the location. It's extremely close to Central Park, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and both Penn Station and the bus terminal. The rest is a mixed-bag. Our bathroom was a bit rundown and there was mold on the ceiling. The staff, however, did a great job in replacing the towels, soap, and shampoo everyday of our 4-day stay. The hotel rooms are quiet. They charge a $38 daily destination fee so make sure to use the restaurant or bar once a day. They called it a "credit" but it's not a credit since they charge you for it no matter if you use it or not. The valet parking is convenient.
