I stayed here for my birthday weekend and had a great experience. I booked a studio suite and was very happy with the space and overall comfort. I was on the 3rd floor, so the temporary elevator situation wasn’t an issue for me at all — I mostly took the stairs, which was easy. The hotel was upfront about the elevator, and I appreciated the transparency.
My studio suite was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the heat/AC worked perfectly, and the kitchenette was a great bonus and fully functional. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I didn’t notice any mold, damage, or wear issues, and the carpet and walls were in good condition.
One of the biggest highlights was the location. The hotel is very central, and everything I needed was within a 20-minute walk or less, which was perfect since I enjoy walking. It made getting around Times Square and nearby theaters incredibly convenient.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. It was a comfortable, hassle-free experience and a great home base for a NYC trip.
