The AC unit in the room was so extremely loud and would make banging noises every so often. Was too hot to sleep without it on so would wake up at least once an hour when it made loud noises.

The staff is wonderful and the rooftop view is beautiful. Do NOT stay here during any parade because the street gets blocked off by flowers which we learned the hard way, circled around for almost an hour in traffic trying to get to our hotel to pickup our bags to get to the airport. There was a parade at noon and we were trying to get to our hotel at 5pm and we're surprised the roads that had staged the floats were still blockedm So we had to leave out cab, walk up 4 blocks to get our bags that the hotel had held for us for the day since we checked out earlier, get the bags and hoof out of there we luggage rolling down nearly empty streets, until we got to a cross road that permitted traffic... Why the streets were still closed after a Noon parade was beyond me and surprising because where I live, Atlanta, they break down the barriers after the parade to open up traffic. You can look up which streets will be blocked off where for parades and a pod them during that time. Other than that experience, even with 3 hours trip time to the gate we nearly missing our plane, the hotel is nice, rooms are nice and the staff is the best you'll find.
